We recommend draining your pool completely on the average of every 3 years.  Did you know that your water evaporates approximately 6 to 9 feet per year leaving behind TDS (total dissolved solids) in your pool.  Included in these solids are scale and calcium which build up at the water line, on your pool surface, in your equipment, and in the plumbing.  By draining and “washing” the pool surface, you will realize a significant savings on your cost of chemicals, add life to your pool equipment, not to mention how much better your pool will look.

Acid Wash:This is a cosmetic procedure only.  It is only recommended if your pool is stained. 

Chlorine Wash:This is a treatment for algae, whether past or present.  If you have had recurring algae problems, it is usually due to the algae integrating into the pores of the pool surface, and are not always visible.

We use only HASA brand muriatic acid and chlorine, and HASA Super Stain Out on all acid wash treatments, as we have found these products to be the best available on the market today.
